Get the full facts before your blanket statement J20. The term 'Technical Breach' meant we forgot to fill a form out. We got 3 points and no fine. Barrow got 6 points with another 6 pts suspended and a fine. Yes you can apply the term salary cap breach I suppose, bet get this. We told them it was going to happen due to the failure of our backers companies and the fact that he would not be able to fulfill his obligations.
SL average was 4750 if I remember rightly
