As mentioned above, we're apparently debt free so the first two might not happen, but the latter two seem almost inevitable as far as I'm concerned.

Well I don't know anyone locally that has enough money and cares enough to invest in a club that can't go anywhere for the next three seasons anyway. And the RFL says they're looking after the interests of the game etc.... absolute hogwash.

They're slowly strangling the game below SL and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it.

I agree but thats how it is, our concerns should be having a club to support right now.

I haven't got the money to "unite" either. Heard today at work their are going to be redundancies so anyone and everyone is under the microscope there.

Does anyone think that our club would not have Robbie insured against a serious injury and that goes for any player at Leigh. This is profesional sport, well as close as it gets.

Like people have said its as a unsettling effect on the club and really needs the board[who ever is on it] to come out and say either no one wants to buy or invest in us or we have talks on going,either way people know were we stand then?
