Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike
SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied

Probably a couple of things , one that you promised one last time and then the day after the licence announcement the company providing it went bust , and admittedly nothing to do with you , but the RFL s refusal to accept ours despite being 80 percent finished

In a way, you've got to feel sorry for Salford when they have a fan coming on here boasting about a defeat. Especially as I believe Salford scored a late try or two that didn't give a particularly fair reflection of the score. This 4 stone that Feka apparently lost in NZ also reappeared in the Willows dressing shed, I hear.

oh boasting am I now? don't think so, friendlys don't mean anything (well not to some fans,) it just really does my head in when you get your fans going on the Wigan board saying they'd thrash us by at least 36 because we’re a poor side, I defended my team like everyone would by throwing it back at you, and if you were at the game you'd realise that we were penalised out of the match and in periods were the better team on the field, J Tompkins scored two dubious try’s when we knocked on which should of been scrum downs so take them two tries off and we would of won the game.
Anyway enjoy the next 4 years in the Championship. 
P.S steel erection starts at the end of next week at Barton.  |
