| bloody bone idle these binmen our black bin men came yesterday first time for four weeks no sign of them paper men or brown bin but no worries cos as from now all papers .plastic .bottles and cans will go directly into the black bin and then some other bugger can recycle my rubbish I.m not paying £110 a month for service like that  |

I remember when I lived in Leigh and the bin man knocked on the door asking for christmas cheer. This was a couple of weeks after they refused to put a bag that was at the side of the bin onto the truck. This was after the bins had not been emptied for three weeks. You can imagine what I said to him. Just after this the rule about the bin lid came in.

We have to leave ours in bags on the front - no bins in our area, all recycling bags. They didnt come last week, because NOBODY could have got up the lane. This week, they had a man with a hand held gritter walking in front of the lorry. They gritted the whole mile and a half of the lane, and picked up the rubbish. And there was a LOT of it. THAT is a decent service ....
And yes, they got a tip. Because they are exceptional ....

Well they missed ours Christmas week but came this week and i left 3 bags at the side of the bin and they took them all so i can't call them oh and the man came into garden for my brown bin too
