At last, a touch of realism!. Given the amount of dropped ball and dire goal kicking Leigh could have been on the end of an embarrassing scoreline. The pack held their own but the backs were destroyed. |

If Paul would have tacked him moments after he released the ball, it would have just been a penalty.
He was tackles afterwards, and Paul knew what he was doing.

Was there not one given in SL earlier this season? Don't think it affected the outcome of the game, but I'm sure I remember reading about it.
Could be dreaming I suppose.
Either way, rare or common, if it was the right decision then it was the right decision.
Some people criticise refs when they get it wrong, now we're complaining when he gets it right.....

Penalty try correct decision, pass inside that Smith got to was forward before Smith touched it, correct decision - forward pass before penalty try given but VR cant make a call on that
Thought Donlans was a try, at worst a BOD decision.
As stated we should have got slaughtered.
