It,s a damned if you do, and damned if you don,t scenario. Mort if he plays could well score the winner and on the other hand could well inadvertantly contribute to a Leigh winner. Then again, that,s sport!
Therefore it,s not in Morty,s, or the clubs interest for him to play.

Dont think Mort should play against us and Millwards right to stipulate this and as for Mort bringing nothing to the team what about last season tut.Hopefully he will replace Donlan at FB when he finishes, hes only young and very willing to learn from Milward im sure plus he is Leigh through and through.

Well Matt you can't be talking about me can you ?
The idea of Mort playing against us on Sunday is daft. What if we thrashed em and Morty had a bad game.
OK he is at Haven for 2 more games and if Donlan is out for the Haven game I would pick Stanton but up to now Basil has not been in touch for advice on team selection.
Oh and no word yet on my appointment as official interpreter for the Toulouse trip.
