I will support England in a footie game and when I watch MU on the box I know Wayne Rooney is better than the rest but mostly players seem to aim for the corner flag when they try to score.

Is footie like that in Brazil for eg? I don't know for sure but just to show what a skillfull game it is I bet England beat Egypt next week 2 or 3 nil.

Well!!, it took me 15 mins to get from Sainsburys roundabout to Leigh East, I thought it musat have been more.
The car park full signs were out when i got there. Imagine what it would be like if there was a supermarket on there?

A supermarket would not really change the situation though. It would not get any where near as many cars as ASDA does and as for parking, the area is currently not used for parking anyway so that wouldn't make any difference ( it may actually allow more parking ).
I think the 7.0pm KO didn't help though as the back end of the tea time traffic would still be around, adding to the congestion.

not fussed about football really, but always wondered why the reserves kick off at 7pm on weekdays

Thought Blackburn were the better team in the first half, United only scoring in the dieing minutes, the second was a little more even but neither team seemed to get out of second gear.

i must admit i went to the round ball game last night.i sat there bored out of my head for 70mins before i walked out & went to watch the last 20mins at leigh east, far more entertaining even though it was freezing cold.
on another note. was it not a wasted opportunity not to have advertizments on the inside of the ground for tonights game?

I’ve been watching one of their rlrising starsrl charging about since he was born.

Plus I always go in my Cherry coat, (only cherry and white allowed at LSV ) and at the end of each game I wait for him in the bar, buy him an orange and remind him that one day all this could be his.

And they did advertise tonight’s game at the end of last nights match.

i've always said i'll never pay to watch professional football so this was as close as i would ever get. but it will never take presidence over a leigh team playing RL again that for sure.
i know i've been shouting about having loads of kids in the ground at any cost or no cost as the case may be but for goodness sake keep em in the south stand i got covered in blinkin pop last neet

I don't think Blackburn would be to pleased about showing it during the game, but you're right posters up, announced at half time, etc would have been a good idea.
