J.C. cant understand as a dual contract is not a loan deal its a binding contract (unless its stipulated smewhere in there that its only for 1 month,) which seems to make a mockery of the system as they may have well kept the loan system, that is unless the loan system is also still in being, confusing or what

thinking about it the loan system must still exist as i cant see dual contracts between champ and champ 1m teams being in force or can they? its all confusing I do wish the RFL would put the guidelines so us poor bl**dy infantry could have a clue, perhaps someone could ask 'Basil' at the next LISA meeting, i'll try and ask him if I see him next week.
