Well said Fred ,its very easy to blame someone when they think they have the facts but the point is they dont have them its all hearsay it gets on my nerves ,we have one of the best coaches coming and folk are still not happy i mean,what does it take to please these people.

As for getting a life, I work many hours each week as a graduate chartered engineer and metallurgist (I have a life thanks). However, after an intense week in work I love watching Leigh and have done for many years. To me this season has been a massive disappointment. The play at times has IMO (if I am allowed) looked un-coached! Especially in a new stadium I thought would be a catalyst for a professional new beginning. It has hardly been that.
I just wondered if a completely fresh start with a new coach and a clear out is needed so that the phoenix can arise.

I do feel sorry for you if by asking a question the response is merely "get a life " you must be having a bad day .

Millward will only have a coaching staff that responds to his demands. If changes are needed then I'm sure they will be made!

I remember asking AJM about the importance of an assistant coach during one of the interviews I did with him and he said that a good, trustworthy assistant is worth his weight in gold. He said he wouldn't even consider taking a job where an assistant was 'forced' upon him as he needed to have 100% trust in whoever it was.
I think Millward is a very similar character to AJM and I can't imagine him having an unwanted assistant foisted upon him either.

Why did PR suddenly sign a new contract half way through the year when we were playing badly? I still find it very funny that he even got offerd one.
The only common denominator that has been at the club (board excluded) that has any effect on the way we have been playing is PR and he has been there for too long. The only reason IM will have to keep him is because
we dont have enough money to employ another asisstant and pay him off.
We have been playing badly or without passion for too long now. New coach, new asisstant. Even the notion he should go to the U21's is not on. Why break up a winning team?

Agreed, ones an embarrassment to the coaching profession, the other an embarrassment to the club.

I think people will have to agree to disagree on this one as some find them ok and some dont so its a waste of time arguing about it really as there will be no common ground its straight forward black and white so i'm saying no more on the subject
