as i have said on here previous season tickets every year for last 30 including seasons when i wasnt in the country!!!
when i was, home and away games including skolars toulouse etc....so yes i will be there !!!!
BUT it is now wearing very thin starbug ....i am sick of false dawns!!!
AND unfortunately a lot of diehards are feeling this way to including my father who now has 55 years of ups and downs but is now saying its the first time ever he doesnt get excited anymore?!?!?!?
BUT i will do whatever i can to make sure they dont go down...

Then get behind the team just a wee bit and stop complaining on here at every opportunity. I am sure I am just as disillusioned as you are with whats going on but constant negativity does not help.

If you asked me a few weeks ago I would have said that there's no chance of going down but that prospect is looking very real at the moment.

Rowley's appointment has been a complete disaster. All of other clubs in our league have progressed on and off the field while we have been left behind still thinking that running the club the same was as it was 20 years ago would still be good enough. This complacency and ineptitude from Rowleys, Thomas etc. is killing this club.

We are the Newcastle of rugby league. Can't wait for Blackpool at home - at Atherton LR or Colls or whoever will have us.

Sure you are worried. You may even get relegated but even if that was to happen you at least have a club. Oldham and York were buried and new clubs formed and are now back playing our game. No matter what happens I believe and I am sure you all do that Leigh will always have a club in Rugby League.
My team Fax were bottom of the pile in the late 70s and losing to Amateur teams in the cup etc. No money No hope. Less than a decade later we was playing at Wembley and winning the Top League. That is unlikely to happen now a days but there is no reason for Leigh to become a strong Championship club in the future. One step back and two forward.

Best of luck and keep supporting YOUR team .Better days will come-maybe 5 year maybe 10 but stick with them until them days come.

Being a Widnes fan living local to Leigh i would say from what people tell me that Leigh have been on a downward spiral for years now. And it's causes are many, i work with a bloke who wont watch leigh again due to its poor treatment of a local teams with regards to playing cup finals at Hilton park ( Rip off prices ). another used to watch them home and away and just got plain sick and tired of the poor management.

I must point out these are the only two who have given me reasons for not watching leigh. I can hold a conversation with about 6 lads at work about Leigh and general RL, but none of them watch the team and there seems no real attempt to get them back on the wagon.

You are now playing in a good quality Stadium but seem to be making a point of showing how not to take advantage of it. Strong recruitment in the off season coupled with good initial pricing to get the punters on board and there is no reason why you shouldnt be playing in front of crowds almost comparable to Widnes. But instead the club seems to have taken the field of dreams approach ( if you build it, they will come ).

I dont want to see Leigh Relegated, i love the Leigh/ Widnes Rivalry and an away game on my doorstep is always a good thing but im worried for your lot now. take away the Widnes games ( two of our worst performances of the season ) and you would be in serious trouble.

As things stand even with those 6 points you look odds on to join Doncaster in championship one next season. This league is very difficult at the moment and Leigh really do need to kick on and start grinding out results. Anyway that incoherant ramble was my 2 cents. Good luck and i do hope you stay up, i might even convince the lad that watching you men in our widnes tops would not result in us being stabbed , but i dont think he would buy it.
