helloooooo, the club haven't got time in the current climate, regardless of what the franchise system is supposed to do. We can go nowhere from Championship 1 except the Championship, then wait till 2015. My question still stands, will the club be here in 5 years

In a way I agree with you on that. It's not his side that he's assembled and ultimately that is one of the main reasons for our major failings, that side just isn't good enough. However, a responsibility that surely is the coaches is to 'motivate' the players. We seem to show no interest at all unless were playing Widnes which isn't hard to motivate the players.

The issue of our support play (or lack of it) isn't just a Rowley problem, we've had it pretty much since Neil Turley retired. It's a basic skill that is almost impossible to defend against, yet there isn't a hint of it ever making an appearance in our play any time soon.
