Willnot happen as Starbug points out (as did I a couple of years ago) Leigh can't afford to play the reserve team games at the LSV main stadium and Leigh East pitch is tyo be relaid as is the 'Harriers' pitch (and the main one I was told today???).

Matt how can there be any 'shortfall' on income that isn't 'in the pot' as yet?

Leigh Centurions has a licence with fixed pricing structures, for the next few years (as I read it some time ago) if when this period of time is over the hire of the stadium is too much then just like in ordinary life it means they can't afford to be there (again I said all this years ago) and that bridge will have to be crossed then.

Around 1993-1995 Rovers played at Wigan Athletic's, Springfield Park.
200 -300 was the usual turn out even with occasional appearances of Alan Shearer and Colin Hendry. Around 1200 for MU Res, but I would think they will be paying a "set rent" for each game so frankly apart from the snack bar takings it makes no difference if it's 100 or 10,000.

Blackburn reserves returned for pre-season training this week, and today it was confirmed to the players that they will play their home games at LSV next season, good news for me

Moneys money it can only be a good thing look at what scouse reserves have done for warrington, yes i knows its liverpool but blackburn is still a premiership club, so stop badmouthing and get behind this deal.

I heard this a few weeks ago, that Blackburn and Man Utd put bids in to play reserves at LSV, and Blackburn bid more.
