Lots of negative responses here - typical of some folk on this forum !
There are quite a number of people in Leigh who depend on people going to Bents to spend money as it pays their wages! Some of them appeared in the advert too!
Life is about choices, you can choose to go and spend money in a shop or choose not to! Just because you choose not to, does that give you the right to call those who do 'snobs' ?
Wether its in Warrington, Leigh or Timbuctoo, it doesn't really matter does it?
It's like being in a playground at times with some of you lot!
.....now if some commercial manager approached them for sponsorship....

It will be the marketing men, yes there is snob appeal to the word Cheshire and another reason post codes are a load of poop.
Bents are an excellent local success story and should be congratulated, it is probably the only company in the area that has expanded and will be there for the foreseeable future, bringing money into the area and providing jobs.
