cant see that re Genesis Keith they have been relegated unless another miracle happens and someone goes out of business.
We will have the moaning ols scots git complaining about the bstate of the pitch again because rugby is played on it

| From what I have gathered, United reserves are only playing to crowds of 3-400 - and only attracted low 4 figure crowds at its pomp.
I don't think they'd be pulling in more fans than us, and only similar levels to Leigh Genesis - but with a better chance of being able to afford it.

Glad someone else has read the attendance stats
Even Warrington, who coined it in with Liverpool Reserves last season, have seen things return to a normal level this season once the novelty has worn off.

Leave the Utd fans to it before long they will be saying you know what we cant get tickets for the reserve games they all sold out!! Any UTD fan who wants to go to Old trafford can get in every home game ( most at face value)!!!!

Luck is a combination of preparation and opportunity
Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike
SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!:9005.jpg |

But why would anybody want to pay to watch a football match
What is certain is the pitch will suffer if Wire and Widnes is anything to go by

Wire didnt coin it in, the deal involved paying speccies, ST's get in for nowt, lost money on it.
LSV need fixed fee plus variables, MUFC will be more interested in pitch quality than how much, so I suggest a fair figure of £10k per game plus £1 for every fan above 3000.

| If the criteria for football stadia has all seater rules, does this mean the North Stand becomes redundant if United reserves play at the LSV? This would possibly reduce the capacity for a reserve team game by 4,000

Not unless you are a member/know someone who can get tickets or a season ticket holder pal. I tried the ticket exchange. It seemed like excellent value. £20 each for 2 tickets(can't remember which stand but they where good seata). When I attempted to buy, you have to pay a £30 admin fee and be a member of One United. Total cost would have been around the £120 mark. That was for the Villa game. If you think it is easy to get tickets at face value then you are mistaken. Unless its the Carling Cup or FA Cup or a meaningless last Champions League group stage match. Like I said before, there are 61000ish season ticket holders leaving only 15,000 tickets up for grabs. Not good. Uless you know someone who has 29 season tickets in his name

Doesn't apply to reserve games, or at least they used to use the terraces at HP for BWFC reserve games, and presumably they used the terracing at Wire when they had 12,000 on for Liverpool Res vs Man Utd Res last season.
