AJ s one of those funny ones , doesn't look big enough when you see him on the pitch , and yet get up close for a chat and he's a big lad

He's committed to the cause without doubt , but not quite sure what his position in the team , he's quick , but is he a winger ? , he isn't a second rower , but is he strong enough for a strike centre

Personally I'd keep him , his versatility is a useful thing to have , and I think he might be one that could be developed , by a coach with patience , then again I always thought ' Cooky ' was well worth another shot as I like my props to have more to them than just a battering ram

If he has gone or goes , then he does so with my best wishes , until he plays against us , then I hope he has a stinker

I think he is a cracking player.

We should keep him he's worth a place 'at least' in the squad.

,AJ is not a bad player , but as has been said if he goes , he goes , we have had Coaches come and go , SOME GOOD ONES to , and players come and go ,SOME GREAT ONES , but we have still survived ,i will support Leigh Centurions , no matter what ,as for the players leaving ,Goodbye.

I think AJ's versatility is reason alone to keep him, but in many ways that's been his downfall because he's ended up being a back up for several positions rather than a specialist in one position.

When Adam made his debut' after a few games I posted I rate this guy he seems to score in every game. He is talented and quick' can tackle and does score tries AND we could play him in the second row although I think he would make a good loose forward ie number 13 Charlie (now that we are back to using 1-13 rather than squad numbers).

No way Frank a loose forward is now either a core player (central defender like JT) or another pivot (like Sinfield at Leeds) AJ is neither, he isn't robust enough for the second row he is a winger come centre, but I do agree he would be on my retain list.

Well Fred I respect your view but back in the day when Grix played for us I suggested a move to stand off. You didn't agree with me then either.

Whatever we need to keep the lads who played for us last season and with a few promising lads from the last seasons under 23's we would still be a team to be in contention this coming season.

I am missing my regular Sundays already and the new season is about 3 months away.

How many weeks a season over the last couple has AJ been unavailable through injury?

I like AJ and would have picked him myself a little more often than what Millward has in the last couple of seasons but how often has he been injured?Sometimes through no fault of his own but he does seem to be prone to injury
