Well this is a big problem now for the RFL if they go to the wall.
Twenty clubs outside Non Relegation League. Two leagues of 10 and 9 are not viable for season after next.Blackpool having been wound up.
Seems season after next Wakey are probably staying where they are and just 1 combined Championship League.

Far too Injury Prone, A very very good player but you cant take the risk without someone else to cover. Thats why we replaced him and let him go, we needed someone who was less a risk of injury. |

why is everyone jumping on the Govin bandwagon, he is injured regularly and I would have thought millward would have learnt lessons from Hartley this season. In his last spell he was also involved in off field incidents as well do we really need that?!! just because they are from or brought up in Leigh doesn’t mean it will be good for the club! just look at jimmy t he has made a living at Leigh for being a local lad lacks ability ball in hand, strength and pace but has a good tackle on him now and again.

Who gives a toss about alleged of the field incidents???
Govin if fit can do a job simple as and on pay as you play whats the issue?
As for Jimmy T he tackles well EVERY tackle pal  |

Must admit I feel we lacked pace last year and it showed when it mattered, havn't seen the youngsters at Leigh for a long time have we anyone in the area / at the club worth looking at ?
I'm presumbing we will be running with the Duals again or has nothing been said.

there were a couple of familiar (not signings as yet) faces at training, asd for Jimmy Taylor it just goes to show that some of our so-called fans haven't a bloody clue, his name is always first on the team sheet his workrate is fantastic and I know Basil rates him highly mfor that and i'll take his view than a never was/will be.

look at the team when he isnt on the pitch & look again when he is and you will see a massive difference on how the team is defending and how many yards the oppositon are making. Yes, his tackling is his speciality but he is a work horse and every team needs a jimmy t!! |

All teams need their selfless workhorses - those who don't get noticed during a game when they are on the field, but sure as hell get missed when they are off it!!
Jimmy T doesn't get in the team 'cos he's a Leyther - he gets in the team on merit....'cos he plays his heart out in every game!!
