Awesome performance from the Miners, no doubt at all that they'd have won had they not bombed a massive chance at 20-22, but they can sleep easy tonight in that they did themselves proud.

Well done to the Miners, I think they should be very proud of themselves.

My thinking is a good first 30 in the first half and same in the second.

Miners number 10 was exceptional had a great game.

I agree with Matt about that bombed try ah well enjoyed it. Shame more Leigh people didn,t turn up.

Frank that was Darryl Kay who played for our Reserves and First team from 2007-08.

He had an excellent game, well done too to Danny Jackson and indeed the entire team. They did their club, themselves, their families and the amateur game proud tonight . It's a great shame there wasn't a bigger crowd on.
