If the bank (or anyone else) has one of the few surviving and enforceable floating charges (debenture) then they WILL rank after the employees but before everyone else.

Having watched the recent fans forum online it seemed that mr freer had a pretty good angle on things and intimated he had personal guarantees placed on debt so I'm sure him and the other director won't let things go without a fight.

Let's let the those guys do what they need to do and concentrate on rallying around in order to raise funds.

I have just read through this thread and would like to throw my two 'pennorth worth in.

First I'd just like to say that I've only just joined LISA so don't have any right to comment on how they should or should not spend their money, but....

Personally I think that if LISA have money available then it should be spent on helping to save the club in any way they can. We have a situation here that is not the fault of the current directors but something they've inherited, and are doing their up most to keep the club alive.

The current financial situation is not insurmountable, it's pretty much a cash flow problem and as far as I understand it if they can get a lump sum of cash immediately we will survive. I know that LISA has always used the money in the past to buy players etc, but such is the situation ATM then I think that rather than sitting on the cash and letting the club fold, the money should be offered to help bail them out.

Just my opinion.
