So he was sacked a week ago then what? Everyone at the club went on holiday & forgot to tell anyone? This forum doesn't have a great track record on rumour accuracy. If it's not from the club it's not true.

I hope Rangi recovers from his injury, played well against Fev and was doing well against Batley before he had to come off. One he's back fully fit he could be just what we need to bring back the attacking flair we've been missing a bit of.

Much as I would have liked it to be different I thought he was having a poor game against Batley.

Time to move on. If true, bad signing and you cannot have poor behaviour within a team environment.

Stability in the half's needed.

Unfortunately, wherever Rangi plays there is always a pantomime surrounding him.
He needs to go back to Cas where the culture of the club suited his temperament and needs.

That is a fair comment you make in all seriousness . Until the club announce it there is nothing official.

In all my posts on this forum it can be noted I have never once started a new thread on a rumour but as I started this thread off I would just like to add for me to do that then I personally am as certain as I can be that it is correct.

However as Budgie states which is also important. I accept for now it can only be viewed as another message board rumour.

So there's nothing official then? I guess it's more important to you to be the first with the news rather than waiting for an official announcement.

On balance I think what he has posted is likely to be correct'but having given that opinion that is all it is ie my opinion.

No there is nothing official and your post could be misconstrued as substantiating my post so I will say no more. What I have learned here is I am not speaking to just a few of our loyal fans by posting on this forum.

Frank you are right, there is nowt wrong with Harold post,and you are entitled to your valued opinion, BUT it has become Leigh's policy to announce all Official News on this Forum,and for me it's just rumours till the Club officially announce otherwise.

I don't think anyone has (or will) take offence HRJ, it's just that people do take gossip/hearsay/rumour/speculation as fact and the next time they're up Leigh they will be telling all their mates, who will then get the story confused whilst passing it on to their mates or, as you have just learned, someone will read this forum then go and post about it on FB.

Also, I didn't word my post very well as I probably should have added 'if indeed there is to be one' at the end of my sentence.

When he has played he has simply been OK, but he has been MIA most of the season & I believe him to have a disruptive & negative influence on the Club & the Team which can only go to undermine the efforts of all around him.

So far I have seen nothing 'special' from Rangi & feel that there are better players with much better attitudes at LCRLFC.

I am sick of the Rangi circus already, time he got his caravan & shipped out AFAIAC.
