I can't see why Fax would need to artificially up their Salary Cap. We're still a part-time club and with the signings we've made I can't even see us being anywhere near the original SC, never mind the enhanced one.

I would be surprised if it was Fax after all you got something like 750k off the RFL and as you say stayed part-time.

So does it say that was used in SC calculations as well. Give us the link for that. The more we can get you to say or accuse us of the more chance of someone getting wind of your libel if it proves not to be Leigh.

Oh yes I suspect that would have to be in the accounts as a loan and therefore couldn't be included as 'relevant' income.

I have just realised that this 'loan' as he calls it could just be classed as a directors loan anyway. Many directors/owners do it. Although I suspect Halifax directors have had some of theirs repaid seeing as they stayed full time.

It's not a director's loan, generally speaking they are not secured.

There may be nothing in it, but the timing is rather coincident with Degsy banging on about an increase in the salary cap.

It could be 2+2 = 5 or it could be a 20 point deduction. Time will tell.
