Ste actually tweeted a little while ago and I'm sure he'll be on here soon.

We are a family, as you know. When one of our family is hurt we all feel the pain. We are delighted that he is on the mend and hopefully looking at release is the next couple of days.

And I totally agree, the road to recovery is a long one, but its not about how quickly you move along it, its more important that you stay on it.

On the road to recovery here too having escaped Jamaica. Cardiologist appointment on Monday where hopefully he will say I can be fixed as I still do not know the damage my heart has suffered. Future holidays will be based on a country's medical systems.

Good to see your back Demon, and sorry you didn't get to enjoy Jamaca

If I'd gone up the waterfall as planned I am not sure I would have been back. Tip: Always listen to your body.

Here, here Ian's. All three come under the Leyther family blanket and we want them all fit and well and at home with their loved ones. The videos of the gathering on the Marshes really put a beaming smile on my face because Leythers are the salt of the earth .
