I understand the impact of the "secret weapon" however, when he is putting in a cracking performance every game, does he not deserve a bit more than 30 mins? By the way thought nico really did well today, speeded up the ruck plays with some great short passing too! The move from the scrum with his drop off ball to littler was class! Was my mom today!

Ridyard and Duffy aren't doing much wrong to be dropped in place of Brierley though? I'm sure we'll see more of him as the season goes on, and if the situation requires it then I'd think he'll get more game time.

Surprised no-one has mentioned McNally - he looks a natural at full back, runs the ball back hard links up well, has pace and has the passing skills of a half back i.e. McGilverys try. Only 20 I believe, not sure why it's not worked out at SL level for him, but deffo our gain.

And a top word for Gallagher as well, put a lot of work in, thought he might of been a weak link but not after today.

Worrancy also put an excellent stint in and made good yards, could be picked on in defence by the better teams though

OK, we were poor 1st half because we kept dropping the ball, had quit a few penalties, got near their line, then 'messed it up'.
Was amazed we had scored 18 points, that was what I meant Starbug. Guess Barrow didn't [ibomb [/ias many chances as what we did.
Despite leading 18-10 at h/t, it was dire. 2nd half, we were superb.

Stick with bringing Brierley on when defences are tiring, he's only young and will get targeted early in the game.

Thought Maden had a great game also.

We bombed 2 dropped balls, were held up twice over the line, and still scored 3 trys, in cold conditions in our first real match of the season against a decent team, I thought we played well in the 1 st half, we were patient, we didn't take risks, we didn't gift them anything

Get us in better conditions and we will only get better

Think teams are going to be frightened to death of us having Worrincey, Brierley and Nicco coming on when they're getting tired.

MOM for me today was Rob Parker, although Nicco had a blinder too.

What concerns me about Worrincy is his defence.

Other teams coaches will spot that imo.

He does get caught flat footed. I think it is a concentration thing, he switches off sometimes. Awesome coming forward though. Stick Jimmy Taylor next to him and we'll be reet.

He did get caught out once today, but he wasn't the only one , so stop worrying, just enjoy
