I don't really have aproblem taking on other clubs players as long as it is for a season and they don't get recalled every other week.

That is the only problem about dual registering, when injuries hit they will be recalled, Cas had that situation with York this season, Thompson, Massey and Davies, were sent out to them but Cas got an injury crisis and were quickly recalled, so probably they only played a handful of games between them at York.

No need to go further than 20 miles away for any of our playing staff , I've been saying this for years , we have hundreds of players to choose from within that radius

We will take 1 player max, won't be as bad as you think. . We'll get a friendly and half a gate reciept from it. It's easy money. if we played them at their gaff we would take 500+ if it's their first game they would want to see milward in his first game so the crowd would be 4 or 5 thousand

However if the supposed link with Cas does bring Ryan Brierley to Leigh, he is from within 20miles of the LSV (comfortably!) and is a cracking young player.

Still want him at The Willows although that's looking less likely, even though he's a Reds fan

The only player that would realistically be at Leigh from Cas is Brierley with him being fairly local and in dire need of first team experience, cracking player that Matterson just wont give a chance to.
