That's the one......think it might have been a spare players shirt, as it has the "Northern Ford Premiership" badges on the sleeves - which the home shirt doesn't!!

Best build quality shirts we've ever had (been worn to death for the last 10 years, and both look brand new)......just a pity they were such a design! They look like reject Hull KR shirts!!





And wearing it would be in keeping with the spirit of the day - as it's the shirt we won the Transvestite....sorry Trans-Pennine Cup final in (pre-cursor comp. to the Trains Cup).....in fact, aren't we still the holders of that cup? - as, I believe, it changed to 'The Buddies Cup' for one season (2002), before Arriva (soon to become Northern Rail) took over the sponsorship.

.......and we were the last winners of the Arriva Trains Cup as well!!!

Still need to finalise the finer points like where to eat and drink!!

I am insisting on red and white only or I dont give the tickets for the coach and match over. Also, a free drink off 7 of them for doing all the running around. I dont expect one of my dad (he has bought all the tickets) or my son (he just has to look after me).

I'll be wearing a collar and tie as I'm filming from the squad/coaches benches, the RFL have decreed that clubs can only film for 'internal purposes' only and no commercial gain can be made from selling copies, typical RFL one of the only chances that clubs get in our division to make a bit of cash from DVD sales and they pull the plug, I asked if in that case the RFL had any plans to sell copies of the game 'NO WE HAVE NO PLANS' so I asked SKY they said 'NO WE DON'T SELL COPIES OF GAMES'

I've told everyone they wont get on our bus if not appropriately dressed and in case anyone forgets I have a tin of red gloss and a 4" brush.

I haven't got a red Leigh shirt to wear so I'll stick with the blue polo with red stripe that I've got. Like the t-shirt on offer but £16 is a bit steep.

Any red T shirt will do. If you haven't already got one Primark at Blackpool will have them for about £2.
