Your missing my point I think,

IMO we cant allow ourselves to focus our attentions and resources on fans who don't wish to come and will always find a reason not to come and historically have always done so.

I'm not personally responsible for marketing or sales we have a designated team and a director who covers this area of the business now (and incidentally is working on some great initiatives for fans for 2014/15) but I personally feel we need to focus on growing the a NEW fan base via the community, families and most importantly schools and children while looking after our loyal and passionate core of fans who have helped hold the club together by attending regular through thick and thin.

This is not aimed at anyone in particular but the "not going because its 16/18 quid brigade" still wont go tonight because we have a so called "partnership with Wigan" so what will the excuse be when we scrap the partnership then and offer competitive costs over a full season???

Incidentally I post on here as a Fan and posted on here prior to any involvement other than being a sponsor so my views are my own and not the views of Leigh Centurions and the BOM.

Good on him and hopefully once we take away his excuses he will return and see that we have the right intentions and real ambition for the club and we share the same passion we just express it in different ways.

If he wants to shake hands and collect a ticket FOC from me tonight he's welcome to drop me a PM I suspect it will be a team full of leythers and leigh players so with cheaper tickets and no Wigan lads how about it fella????.

We want all fans in that stadium behind our boys new or old at the end of the day as a club.

WOW, I have just read the last 5 Posts and from a outsiders point of view find it astonishing that a member of the board would first of all post on here and second of all Call long standing fans " Bitter and Twiste Fools " then within a few pages go and offer this bitter and twisted fool a FREE ticket. Sweet Jesus, is there a Moderater in the house ?. Please give this man a week long ban to reflect on his posts. What hapened to " the customer is always right " ?. There may only be a few posters on these sites but there are hundreds more who come on and view the posts without actually registering.

No BUT you have to admit WYSIWIG only post to antagonise people and I can understand Andy's reply after all Andy is doing us all a favour keeping us informed and I can't see a problem with that and I don't know why anybody does . I would just like to see a positive post coming from him (W) for once as there are lots of positives at the moment but I dare say pigs will fly first .I don't mind people having their opinions but to constantly read his sniping at the club or those involved is now quite boring and I just wonder why he needs to do this as he can put his point across much better .

Some people need an audience for their perceived annoyance and they like it even better when they get a response, when they draw a response from a board member it doesn't get any better. I read WYSIWYG for entertainment but take what he says with a pinch of salt.

Quite correct and your way is the best way IMO and 99% of the time I follow your code.

I let my passion get the better of me at times so I do apologise to any of our fans who may have been offended by my comments and once again just highlight these are my comments as a fan of the club on a MB and not the views of Leigh Centurions.
