Arthur probably has been funding the club on his own for a long time [ only a guess ] , but to apportion ' blame ' on anybody that has contributed at board level is just wrong , these things happen , peoples circumstances change , their ability to contribute might change , you have to ask the question , just how far personnally can somebody be expected to go to finance what is nothing more than a ' hobby ' ?
