Late but no content to the head or back etc

Being a bit more philosophical about the match and mainly listening to my mates who watch Wigan, I don't think either having a full compliment or being less shattered would have got us a result, those same mates were surprised at just how much Wigan had improved over the first seven games and it just happened to all come together against us.

I'll take a dispiriting and humbling loss to Wigan if it means points elsewhere and staying up and hopefully that is a lot of the players "bad match" out of the way.

Quite late and very forceful on a defenceless player, could have been red and will get a ban.

to many of these late hits in our game ,once you get rid of the ball you relax.Suspensions for every one would soon stop them

Can’t disagree with that, however how many pens were there for “late” tackles that were literally a split second after the ball had been released- not sure what a player can do in that situation

Wrap the player up and not just put them on their rear. Most slightly late tackles don’t get penalised if they wrap up the player.

It was clear to see that they pin pointed certain players to stop us playing , it’s all part of the game. Unfortunately sometimes players cross the line and becomes foul play. I remember many years ago a certain Alan Platt absolutely destroyed Leigh at Elland Road and our enforcer at the time , TC, tried his best clean him out.
Think Alan signed for Leigh a few weeks later.

Yes it was a red and if you watch us the OB option creates space for Lam and Asiata on our left. The ball had gone and OB was relaxing when hit late. A couple of calls later and we are behind but more worrying was we had little in attack.
Watching from the West Wigans right defence were 3/4 yards off side most of the game, firstly well done for playing the ref but what was the linesman doing. We have been short of a back row all season and if Bens injury is bad at least we can look overseas
