No. Fax hardly used DR at all last season, but the fact that they used it once makes them as a guilty as those clubs that went for it full tilt. DR is there for SL clubs benefit only, it is the thin end of the wedge and when, finally a club goes bust, they'll only have theirselves to blame. |

I agree with what you say but, in our present situation, we are actually using it to try and get out of the mess where we very nearly did go bust - and that was nowt to do with D/R!  |

Well happy with this. We have some cracking youngsters that are too good for Sheffield so Leigh is the perfect environment for them. Hopefully Welsby, Bentley and Batchelor will go to Leigh

Alan, I get that in Leigh's case. The clubs going bust will be the one's who voted with SL clubs recently in exchange for DR with said clubs and the short term benefits they hope to gain from such arrangements. Talk about turkeys voting for Christmas! |
