| Great win today, it seems the players are finally getting it (and not before time).

| Got to the LSV for the first time this season. Gimli Sammut was the man of the first half today when Leigh were also playing against the ref and themselves (though from the Southern end of the West Stand the back-handed grounding for what would have been Leigh's second try looked good).
Second half, wet conditions and ball seemingly led, strangely, to less C&W errors. Comfortable win in the end but switching off (shaking hands and patting backs after the DG) led to the last London try.
Let's hope those 6 points don't make a nasty difference at the end of the season.

Liam Hood for me, but it could have been one of five. I know who wouldn't get any applause and that would be the man in green in the middle.

Hood and Higham complement each othe very well, get a lot of go forward for the full 80 with them 2
Hanson MOM for me, made a few errors but put a hell of a stint in (thought he'd done the full 80 but it appears not)
Both halfs looked more threatening in attack, and both are very good defensively
Hope Hall is settling in, because he doesn't look out of place anywhere along the back line. And big wraps to Crookes, who seemed to be struggling earlier on the season but is looking a lot more solid now

Derek, my top 3 for Mom would be 1st Hutchy, 2nd Hall, 3rd HH run closely by Peter Matty.

Corn't argue wi that Ian, although i like J Thompson as he always puts a good shift in.
I also thought that the ref tried to keep the game moving as much as he possible could, which i liked, coz i corn't stond a game weer it's stop start all the time. Overall i really enjoyed the game today, and also the result of course.

Agree about JT, player of the season for me so far - bit of an unsung hero, got a crackin movememt with his feet as shown with his try (although I'd have been naffed off if we'd conceded it through the middle like that)

It's something all teams have to learn. I just thought the ref used common sense in the bad conditions, and let the game keep moving. Credit to him for that
