I think fans meeting with Derek and at least giving him a perspective of how hurtful his comments have been to some fans, and how important the right kind of leadership is to keeping feet on the terraces, could be a huge benefit. It’s not just about pumping in money (though it has been a fantastic boost to our club) it’s about employing rugby experienced professionals at every level and then letting them do there jobs. And then communicating positively and openly any news that can inform and explain what is happening, good and bad. Please employ an overall club ‘chief of operations’ for want of a better name Derek, and then step back for your own good.

I don't have a problem with KC. The call for a new squad must have been a multiple decision. The quicker we start dealing with whats on the park instead of whats off it, the better we will be.
