The detail of the charge and the incident, totally contradicts one another.

The disciplinary panel are nothing short of incompetent buffoons.

Re wind the video to around 27 mins and Acton flattens Flanagon off the ball from behind. We are very very lucky that the officials are following play otherwise we are down to 12 men and no cigar.

There's no doubt he's talented, but if he gets a 3 game ban for this latest incident he will have been banned for a third of our games this season. The negatives are starting to outweigh the positives

Personally I think he should take the rest of the season off *he will get a ban anyway* & if we should get promoted, loan him to Oldham for a season, if he doesn't change get rid.
