Think it is a bit arrogant too say the current squad is good enough for next year!! When we get up if we want too stay up we will have too be ruthless and get a lot more class in the team. Players like goulden penky haggerty are all good solid dependable players but I don't think are capable of the step up Week in week put! Think we would need about 5 players too come in!! We do have a very good squad but let's not be blinkered we nee too make a big step up!!

Imo Goulden, platt, aspinwall, pitmaN and of course maden will leave, with the youngsters going out on loan again, 4 or 5 sl class players in

Aspinwalls contract runs out this November,cant see itbeing renewed with amoun of cover we have.

Anybody who thinks this squad capable of maintaining SL is seriously deluded. As pinball will go, far to many injuries, which I know is part of the game, but it's a fact. What about bate/bullock for next year, they hopefully will be better for their experiences with barrow

Anybody who thinks Bate and Bullock after a spell at Barrow will be good enough to play Super League is seriously deluded. With all due respect to both players, they aren't the answer should we get promotion. We need to be thinking, and I've no doubt that we are, WAY higher than that.

Agreed, to compete (should we gain promotion) in SL we would need about 8 top quality signings.

I dont think we would need 8.Thats just totally underestimating the team as it stands..We need to be looking at the top 8 of SL next season and strengthen were needed.

You're underestimating how much of a step up it is from the championship. It's like going up from the football conference to the premiership in a year.
