We have a passionate bunch of Directors at the Club. It must be difficult, given their commitment, not to rise to the bait when they see an outrageous post.

Nevertheless, there are strict rules in place, about what the players can/can't say on social media. (wasn't Ryan restricted in his use of it recently?) Surely those rules ought to apply to club officials too?

If you do converse in like for like though compare our directors behaviour etc with yours, Did ours take out full page ad in response to the scenes at LSV? Were our directors dignified albeit embarrassed and moved quickly to put right the wrongs, Banning people, Headshots publised etc? Did our directors take to social media in a petty rant with rentagob from another SL team?

You seemed to be unclear as to whats embarrassing to RL, the twitter conversation is open to opinion what we saw live on TV wasn't. Salford and Leigh have owners whose personalities are what they are, both communicate on twitter which is their choice
My opinion of what Widnes as a club did after LSV was smoke and mirrors, but I wouldn't be squatting on the Widnes fans board trying to make that point
