It was an isolated incident in a very tense match. I reckon the ref got it right and that the sin-binning was probably sufficient punishment for both players. Unfortunately, the refs don't seem to be allowed to mete out the final punishment these days.
Oh, and I wonder what riled Sarsfield, in the first place?

It would seem that some refs and a number of spectators (including some of our own) can't get to grips with our style of controlled aggression, it is only on the cold light of day and a video player that it can be seen to be just that, controlled aggression, certainly some numpty sooooperleague fans are used to the namby pamby glorified tick and pass that counts for SL Rugby they forget what real rugby league is about, the discipline panels obviously agree with that as the recent discipline findings concur.
As far as we keep on winning the end justifies the means, lets face it playing 'on the edge' is certainly exciting and is winning.
