Junior S’au is back in Aus awaiting the birth of his son. I’d be surprised if Morley gets much game time with his previous injury record and it wouldn’t surprise me if Gleeson and Williams were given limited time, again due to their past injury records.

I agree, it's an exciting squad mixed with genuine talent, youth and experience. Whilst we'll have a couple of absentees from what I imagine our opening 17 will be vs Wakefield that's as strong a squad as we could field given the circumstances.
You guys will know more than us about Greg Johnson (ex Batley) but I cant wait to see him a Salford shirt. He looks in great nick this pre season and I can see him being a very shrewd purchase by Nobby.

Johnson was a handful against us, in the Championship. He, along with his Batley fullback, Miles Greenwood, and fellow wing Jonny Campbell, ran the ball back out of defence very hard and fast. I hope he and Jason Walton both make it in SL. |
