Totaly agree Ian and Paul has shown that he knows how to get the best out of his squad.

Don't mean to disrespect, but I really do not rate this lad at all. I think there is no place for him in our squad at the minute. And I think he's not good enough for the level we have shown this year. Its a serious backward step.
