JT's only option was to show he could move up to prop. We have lacked skill in the back row since Baldwin left, we need strike players at centre and back row, Goulden is our grafter.

It would be a big mistake to release Jimmy IMO. He may not be the most effective runner of the ball but he does more than his fair share in defence, it'd be good to see him in the back row with a more attacking second rower.

There are plenty of players who should be released. JT isn't one of them. He might not be the best going forward, but he does the defensive work of 2 men. He would be a huge loss if he went.

Would offer a contract as a 4/5th prop personally, with an offer to match the role, £5/6k plus win bonus.

Jt isn't big enough to be a prop! Already bulked up to be the size he is! Doesn't offload in the tackle etc but yep his defense is outstanding! Never makes a break tho! It's a tough one but sometimes tough decisions are required! If on contract then no decision to be made is there?!

jimmy wont leave just rumours, but stanton, armitstead, hartley, durbin, mort and leuluai will all be gone by next season with littler and mark smith coming in

Littler is definately NOT coming to Leigh!

Was told he is off to Oz but don't know why. I asked if it was a holiday but the reply was he will not be at Leigh next season. He was on big money at Salford too so I was told.
