I would be surprised if IM leaves Maden out as he seems to rate him from the write up of the previous matches.

I think JT did play centre for us at Dewsbury a few seasons ago.

There have been quotes all over the forum "put Hartley at centre","Hartley is too slow" etc. And every team that is suggested by us leythers has Jimmy is in it i am simply saying i really dont get why because he has limited ability with the ball.
Well imo i guess he stood out more when he was making the big hits a few years back now i just dont see what he offers and i think hes a hindrance to our go forward because, well he has non.

People will always give their opinion of who should play were etc, the only one that really matters is the coaches.

With regards to Taylor, I agree that he doesn’t have as much go forward as some of the others, but I also see him often make 3 – 4 tackles in a set, which takes that responsibility off his team mates, hopefully leaving them with the energy to drive us forward.

as you say jimmys there for his tackling and if the coaches think this isnt enough anymore they'll sort it

I've seen Jimmy Taylor play centre and hes not very good............. He plays best when he comes off the bench, remeber the Northern Rail Cup final?

i believe hes being moved upto prop this week, dont kno how true that is tho

JT is an excellent servant to the club. Personally I'd have him in our starting pack every week. He's a grafter and grafters help others to sparkle.
