You would hope that Rowley would pick a specialist at half back like young Wardy from the reserves, however it seems that the modern coaching way is to move experienced hookers into the half back role, ala Bob Beswick.

It looked like Haggerty was at 7 half the time and mc nally was on the Wing a lot .

McNally was out wide in defence just as any other player playing at half back tends to be.

Was told today Donny had 6 players from Hull playing I said they didn't anyone know how many we're dual reg or loaners from Hull ?

We may have 6 or even more who live in Hull , but only 2 on Dual Reg Miller & Crooks who played today ! 5 is the maximum allowed anyway.

My view is we were doing ok till Ryan Brierley went off then Pownall and Kay both took knocks which left them off their usual games.

No need to panic just improve our defence in the forwards. Centurion TV will show their second try was not just marginally offside and their last one was a bad pass as we tried to get an equalizing try in the dying moments of the game.

Our players will be just as gutted as us fans and will be desperate to put things right on Saturday.

Agree with your sentiments about the defeat Frank, although we have enjoyed possibly more than our fair share of 'offside' tries and interceptions this season too.
