I believe that Ritson is only aged 26. He will be 27 in January 2023. He is certainly fast and looks a lethal finisher, however, I think that there has been a lot of speculation already linking him with SL clubs for next season, particularly from Saints, who might be looking at him as a replacement for Regan Grace.

I've seen nothing either in the press or fan rumours to suggest that Leigh are interested in him.

I wouldn't want Gigot anywhere near, Toulouse look worse when he's playing. He's always been a rocks and diamonds player and it's been 99% rocks since Catalans won the CC. O'Brien and Hughes look to be nailed on, would take any of the other 3 in varying roles(Taylor would be 1st 17, Briscoe back up/rotation for instance). Don't think we'll go for Ritson, Lam seems to prioritise strength on the edges rather than speed as seen with Hitchcox being dumped fairly quickly despite not really doing much wrong. Would love us to tempt Chris Hill back to finish back at Leigh, Hudds are pretty stacked in the pack and have just added Harry Rushton so will need to let someone go. depending on who Hudds do let go in the pack, I'd happily see Nathan Mason back for a 3rd stint to add a bit of depth to our pack.

There isn’t 1 player in that Toulouse squad I would want at Leigh.

Chris Hill would be nice, still going well for Hudds but still under contract for next year. Warrington have been far weaker without him this year.

Insider info I wish just think he will stay

Must admit I was underwhelmed with the links with Tom Briscoe. He has, however, looked very good at the business end of the season. Our outside backs are looking good for next season should that materialise.

As much as I love Nene, I think he's definitely expendable now, considering we have to be frugal with our quota players.

Why are we allowing good young British players and in Luis case a leyther go to other clubs. It’s not as if he will get more game time at Leeds than he would staying. We need British born players if we go up.
