Have a drive down Millionaire row in Boothstown and see all the "Vote ???" placards - not the cheapo paper posters we get either proper ones.

Thing is Wayne - with a 'first past the post system' you are voting at a local level - and with around a 17k majority to defend, it would take a swing of unimaginable proportions for Mr. B to not be still in the seat on Fri 7th May.
That is not to say that PR is not without its faults, but unless the Tories do pull it off then Lab and LibDem have both proposed electoral reform....and if Labour do end up needing Nick Clegg on board to govern, they will have to stick to it this time. |
