If however fax have agreed the transfer then no conttact has been broken. Why would leigh send an unsigned contract to the rfl. One of our board stated that the contract was with the rfl on here. The only person who sounds like he is about to break a contract is Sam himself. The point I was trying to make was if money or players are involved in the move then they should not still be going to fax.

Thats the thing though if money or players are part of the deal then Leigh would be breaking that agreement if they didnt abide by it.

The only reason Leigh have have gone public with this is to shame Sam into signing something which at the moment is only a verbal agreement, they know the chances of him actually signing are now slim. True he talked with Leigh before the Fev loan deal, but he did not sign anything, why would he, he was still contracted to Fax.

If there was no possibility of signing him im sure Fev Rovers would say so. Fact is people from inside the Rovers camp have said right from the start of this loan, that signing him full time IS a possibility.

From what I can gather if Rovers want Sam and he wants to sign for Fev then he will start next season a Fev player.

How would telling a blatant lie that he had signed shame him into signing? That just doesn't make sense.

Surely if he hasn't signed and the Leigh camp are saying he has, he would come out and say "They're telling lies, I have definitely not signed for Leigh". If he hasn't signed he would have nothing to lose by stating this as a fact.
