Let me remind you, you played Leigh & fielded your new NRL stars in a "strong" Salford squad & got annihilated on your own park.
Had it not been for the 'Army' of travelling Leigh fans in the 'Lean To' End, the place would have been empty.

A stadium half way between $#1THOUSE Estate & Barton Airfield & no real fan base, you will be lucky to bring 7 or 800 to the LSV.

Those Salford fans who do travel will be made very welcome by us Centurions.

Prepare for a Cacophony of noise like you have never heard before.

Can't wait to play your lot in a couple of weeks. Most Salford fans on our board think it will be a really close game and rightly so. Both teams go into the game with confidence and Leigh have home advantage which will balance things out a little. With all due respect tho, some of the hysteria on here is laughable. I don't mind confidence but you lot are way overdoing things. Seems like you think you're a top 4 SL team reading most of these comments and it would be nice to dispel that myth.

Anyway, congrats on yiur current form and it would be nice to see you back in SL next season.... just please show a little more humility and respect in the meantime.

The match with Salford will be great for all kinds of reasons. It should be close. Either side can win it for me.

We have a few deluded and a few who mine urine, Salford will be strong favourites because of £2m squad, top 4 SL and in rich form - but if Leigh turn up and the game flows it will be very interesting

Unfortunately circa £450k of that squad will be out injured/suspended but we will still be favourites.

How did Gaz go yesterday? Seen a couple of pictures, looks like he's added a few pounds since his Salford release.

Well he scored two tries and his offloading was superb. When he gets match fit which will take about 12 days I think he will be a brilliant addition to our very strong squad.

On another matter we Leythers like to big up our chances against Super league sides because we think it encourages fans of the superleague club to attend the match.

There's not many who think we are Top 4 SL material, a few might think we are even SL ready now, but we are not.

However, if we secure a spot for 2016 & PR & the Directors buy well, Centurions could well be aiming for top 8, hell... we.could replace 1 or 2 now & SL might be better for it.

I think that many SL Club fans think that the gulf is too wide for Championship teams to compete, but maybe they don't realise just how much the Championship has improved.

There are still probably only 4 stand out Clubs, Leigh, Bradford, Eagles & Fax or Fev & only Leigh & Bradford capable of doing anything in the middle 8's.
