Leigh are being coached by one of the most highly qualified coaches in the RL, Paul Rowley has a level 3 coaching certificate together with Neil Jukes's level 2 (studying level 3 at the moment), the 'new guy' if he is appointed will either take the title General Manager with duties more than team one's and will work towards the level 3, that will be either of the antipodeans or the 3rd guy who is already based in this country.

It really is a ridiculous situation that you have to attain a ' badge ' to say you are capable of coaching at pro level , and that this applies to players who have spent years competing at the highest level of the sport |
