Clubs dont have massive fluctuations in turnover and profit/loss unless something drastic like moving up a division happens , your loss was the result of investement , and your profit was the accounting return on that investement , it isn't rocket science

Right so we make a mistake on our financial prediction (something which is notoriously easy to do) and get a 3 point penalty where as Wakefield and Crusaders go into administration and get a 4 point penalty (OK less points for a win in super league so in the championship it'd be equivalent to 6 points), nice to see proportional punishments isn't it?
