| I am always optomistic especially with Leigh RL stupid some say but if theres one person who can turn us round its Basil, most love him and he loves being the hero, if he attracts the players that the fans demand on the pitch then we'll be the ones to beat next season. It will happen so lets make sure we don't balls it up this time  |

One thing is for sure i don't think Mr Kelly will be around when IM returns.
Anyone remember the game v Dewsbury 1999? at HP Millward named his 1to 17 then started with all 4 of his subs!! Kelly reported us to the RFL and i don't think they ever got on after that, thats one of the reason we need him he will try to wind up the opposition just like Fergie does and he's damn good at it!

| Would be nice to think we could attract Millward back as a coach.
However reality says it will never happen as we are a unattractive proposition with little money to spend playing in front of low crowds and getting beat by poor teams.
Can't think of any coach who'd leave Australia to take all that on
