So if Saturday is out due to a wedding it makes for an interesting Sunday, or Swinton have been moved to Sedgely

Both teams normally play on a Sunday, one assumes both teams do this as historically that is the day which is the best interest for their respective business, Friday night games tend to have lower attendances, why should Fev agree to potentially lose revenue, just because LSV want a change? Perhaps they put up a quite a valid case.

Spot on for me. I suspect last year the away following from Leigh & Fax probably matched the total we saw from all the other teams combined last year at POR. Alway great to see the strong following that Leigh bring. Hope you bring a 1000 the next time you play at POR.

I for one can't wait for the two games against Leigh coming up they should be great games. I will endevour to get to both games no matter what day the CC game is played.

Mind you I have read on the Keighley Board that Swinton v Keighley will be on Friday evening.

The reason we were at home on those Thursday nights is because we topped the league, had you topped the league then we would of been travelling, that was our advantage for been the most consistent team in the season. As for low crowds / shared gates one of the plus points in owning your own ground is we get to say how many attend, only an idiot would declare the correct crowd on a shared gate. Our chair is no idiot, and anyone who thinks playing the game on a Friday will give you some sort of an advantage is also an idiot
