Andrew P and Cokey - what a team!

Well I can't get on either as I keep being told my password is incorrect but it isn't. Can't use e mail because some idiot hacked it and so have had to close it down. I shall ring the club on Saturday morning to sort things out.

My problem was something to do with "porting my account from the old site" (I love it when people talk technical!) Sounds like a similar problem for you - the new access looks completely different. You can rely on Andrew sorting it for you - although Cokey has very useful input to this kind of problem too.

Personally, I think the Club should have a dedicated team to deal with owd folk like us Frank!

For those who have managed to get on LCTV - St Helens chatback preview is on.

I don't like the new website set up, it doesn't post videos in chronological order, its not very user friendly.

I don't know what college some of the students go to, but the videos are shocking hahaha!

No doubt we'll be waiting 5 days for the highlights and 7 days for the full video to be uploaded, when Sky had it uploaded within 15 minutes of the match finishing. I'm not sure if I'll re-subscribe next year.

I agree. Nowt wrong with the other format. As the saying goes, If it's not broke, don't try to fix it.

And what's more, I bet we have far greater resources available to us, than Sky!!

highlights v st Helens not playing ive watched others and have changed password others on facebook having same problem.It needs sorting this new site before people start leaving

Have just got the highlights but why cant it go straight to them not all this mucking about to find them We all aren't computer wizards

I refresh the browser and it's fine, not a clue what's going on there but it needs sorting, not user friendly at all

Finally got the hang of it, but agree with other posters, why change the old system when there was nothing wrong with it and was a lot easier to navigate and understand. Anyway having watched the whole match back on video, I now realise we did get the benefit of the marginal decisions and were lucky not to have a team warning in the 2nd half. Ben Crookes saved 3 certain tries and should have been M.O.M. Also seen the video chat with Jamie Acton on L.C.T.V. Did not realise he was a soft spoken southerner who has also played for Wigan!!!

I eventually got sort and I think that the new site will be better when it gets sorted. Just needs a bit of attention. First I would highlight where it says click here as even I was looking for somewhere to click until the penny dropped. I must have used the "click here" tab on thousands of sites but because it wasn't highlighted I was looking for somewhere to click. Clickin hell.
