Agree with Alan. We've not been able to compete up the middle which has left us needing to "tuck-in" too much when defending, thus leaving our edges with gaping holes and too much to do.

We needed both Acton and Spencer at Salford and I was surprised that neither played.

If we can compete in the middle tomorrow and also limit Wakey's halfs, then our own attacking play should ultimately take care of itself.

Riddy needs to get his kicking boots on too, like he did over at Belle Vue. 40-20's killed Wakey that day.

I dont disagree with part of that but im sorry our edge defence has been poor now for about the last 6 or 7 matches,look back at the games and alot of trys have been scored against us out wide and thats when we went with 5 front row
