I'm sure if he wanted to join us early and DB was in agreement,it would happen.They would find it very hard to enforce that,given Leigh at the time of termination and also now are not a competitor. |

If you were paying his salary would you let him join a competitor, it's standard practice. He would be in breach if he had any dealings with Leigh but very hard to prove
